Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for most items. The return window starts from the date your order is delivered to you.

For items purchased during sale periods or special promotions, the return window may be extended. Please check your order confirmation email for specific return deadlines.

Items are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

• Items are in original condition with all tags attached
• Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Original packaging and accessories are included
• Return is initiated within the 30-day window
• Items are not marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"
• Personalized or customized items
• Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
• Items returned after the 30-day window

Follow these simple steps to return your items:

1. Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
2. Select the order you want to return
3. Choose the items you want to return and provide a reason
4. Print the return label and packing slip
5. Package the items securely in the original packaging
6. Drop off the package at the designated courier location

Return Shipping

Free Return Shipping: We provide free return shipping for eligible returns. Simply use the prepaid return label included with your return authorization.

Return Address: Please use the return address provided on your return label. Do not send returns to our main office address.

Tracking: You can track your return package using the tracking number provided in your return confirmation email.

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund:

1. Inspection: We inspect returned items within 2-3 business days
2. Approval: If items meet return conditions, we approve the refund
3. Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
4. Notification: You'll receive an email confirmation when refund is processed

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
• Net Banking: 3-5 business days
• UPI: 1-2 business days
• Wallet Payments: 2-3 business days

Store Credit: You can also choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is issued immediately and never expires.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

This process ensures you get the exact item you want and helps us maintain accurate inventory.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us. This helps us process your claim faster and improve our quality control.

International Returns

Currently, we only ship and accept returns within India. International customers should contact our customer service team for assistance with returns.
