Handloom character can appear through small variations in yarn, selvedge and motif placement. These are not defects. Product pages should still state the loom type explicitly; visual clues alone are not proof of authenticity.

Dry-clean silk, store it in breathable muslin and refold it periodically. Hand-wash suitable cotton separately in cool water with mild detergent and dry it in shade. Always follow the care note supplied with the saree.
